私はハッとしました。それからは自由な意見を求める問いかけを行うようになり、選手に戦略を言い換えさせ、会話したり、相互に影響し合ったりするための余裕を持つようにしました。選手達が私の概念を良く理解するようになっただけでなく、私も選手の関心事を把握するようになり、そこからたくさんのことを学びました。それ以来、ゲーム前に話したことと、最終的なプレー内容がスムーズに一致するようになりました
